Mashonaland Holdings announces new board members
Property firm, Mashonaland Holdings, has appointed prominent town planning and property development expert Innocencia Tigere to its board.
Her appointment as a non-executive director of the board, is with effect from September 1st.
For over 30 years, Tigere has garnered vast experience as a qualified town planning and property development through working in both the public and private sector.
In 2015, Tigere founded a town planning and property development consultancy firm known as Recencia Realty Solutions Private Limited, which provides town planning, development advisory and project management consultancy services.
Tigere is a corporate member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Regional and Urban Planners (ZIRUP) and she is the past president of the institute.
Additionally, she is also a member of the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP) and a member of the Project Management Institute of Zimbabwe (PMIZ).
Meanwhile, Mashonaland Holdings also appointed Terence Chaparamhosva as an independent non-executive director of the board.
A chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience in finance and operations, Chaparamhosva has worked for companies like EcoCash Holdings Limited, British American Tobacco (BAT) and Ernst & Young.
Chaparamhosva also sits on the Hunyani Rotary Board among others. His appointment is with effect from September 1, 2023.
Mashonaland Holdings is a property concern that has developed may upmarket projects in Zimbabwe and the latest is the one being developed in Pomona – Harare.
