The AAA nomination comes after Dr. Manzungu received global honour in May during the 2023 Leaders Without Borders annual business summit and international honours event in the UK.
Hosted by The Right Honourable the Lord Woolley of Woodford, Member of The House of Lords, Lord Temporal, the AAA is one of the most prestigious awards, recognising exceptional Africans for their contribution to the growth and development of the continent.

On the choice of this year’s theme, chief executive officer of the African Achievers Awards, Dr Tonye Rex Daminabo, highlighted the importance of addressing the challenges in Africa to work towards a prosperous, equitable, and sustainable future.
This year’s summit and awards ceremony therefore provides a platform for industry leaders in Africa to converge and discuss strategies towards sustainability in Africa.
