FCB launches nationwide roadshow to drive connection and growth

First Capital Bank has announced the launch of an ambitious roadshow covering 10 towns and cities across Zimbabwe over eight days.

The initiative aims to deepen engagement with clients, partners and communities, while reinforcing the bank’s commitment to customer centricity, financial inclusion and innovation.

Dubbed the First Capital Bank Roadshow 2025, the high-impact campaign is expected to cover nearly half of the bank’s branch network in a single journey.

Starting from Kadoma and spanning across Kwekwe, Gokwe, Gweru, Bulawayo, Beitbridge, Chiredzi, Masvingo, Mutare and Chinhoyi, the roadshow underscores First Capital Bank’s strategy of bringing financial solutions closer to the people.

“As the first bank listed on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange and with our new head office nearing completion, we are committed to expanding our footprint and connecting more meaningfully with our stakeholders,” said the bank in a communique.

“The First Capital Bank Roadshow 2025 is about action, connection and transformation bridging the gap between leadership and the communities we serve.”

The roadshow will include breakfast meetings, luncheons, dinners, keynote presentations, and media interactions aimed at sharing the bank’s vision and fostering new business collaborations.

According to First Capital Bank, the initiative is expected to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, drive innovation, and boost economic growth by supporting Zimbabwe’s productive sectors.

“Digital and financial inclusion remain at the heart of our growth strategy,” the bank noted. “We are a bank that listens, understands, and innovates to meet the evolving needs of our clients.”

Through its interactive engagements, the bank aims to enhance brand visibility and solidify its reputation as a leader in the financial services sector.

With a total of 25 branches and service centres nationwide, First Capital Bank is leveraging this roadshow to promote financial literacy, inclusion, and economic empowerment.

The roadshow is also designed to inspire teams and reinforce a company culture of collaboration and excellence.
