THE Bulawayo City Council (BCC) has approved a US$264 million standstill budget for the 2024 with more focus on improved service delivery while also conforming to the national development thrust.
Finance and Development Committee chairperson councillor Mpumelelo Moyo read out the budget statement in the council Chambers today, 30 October.
