Moovah offers convenience to motorists, who can easily buy vehicle insurance at any Econet Shop or Econet franchise shops scattered across the country. Similarly, clients can also submit their claims at the same shops throughout the country.
Moovah’s Full Third-Party insurance covers the motorist’s liability, arising from damage to other people’s property, death or injury of other persons, while the company’s Full Third Party, Fire and Theft extends coverage to loss of, or damage to, the insured vehicle caused by fire or theft.
The company also offers Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance – the most extensive form of insurance cover which, in addition to providing cover of the vehicle to the insured value or market value, provides accidental damage to the insured vehicle, third-party property and bodily injury up to US$20,000.
“We provide overnight hotel accommodation to motorists under our comprehensive insurance policy following an accident if the crash occurs outside the town of residence, as well as free towing to the nearest garage after the accident, through our partnership with AAZ.”
Some of the additional benefits under the motor comprehensive insurance policy include limited medical expenses cover for vehicle occupants at time of accident (Maisha), emergency evacuation of driver and passengers following an accident by MARS ambulances, while EcoSure will chip in with burial assistance for the driver and passengers in case of fatal accidents.
The company also leverages its ecosystem under EcoCash Holdings Zimbabwe Limited, to offer “Moovah Bundle” in partnership with ConnectedCar.
This unique insurance product offers free tracking devices to individual motorists and corporates that operate vehicle fleets. Vehicle tracking systems allow tracking of vehicles in real-time as well as analysing driver behaviour, getting vehicle maintenance reminders and journey history, along with facilitating fuel management and dispatching.
Moovah said the free tracker becomes more crucial at a time when vehicle theft is on the increase in the country, as it assists motorists to recover their cars easily in case of theft or hijackings.
“Tracking services help to prevent and reduce vehicle crime in our country and ensure peace of mind and improved safety for our customers and their loved ones,” the company said.
Moovah offers flexible premium payment terms to its clients. Payments can either be monthly, quarterly, termly, biannually and once off.-chronicle.cl.zw
